Despre un manuscris idedit, condica de moşii a vistierului Ştefan Bellu

  • Subiect: About an Inedit Manuscript: The Register of the Estates of the Treasurer Ştefan Bellu Ştefan Bellu, born in Pella on 9 March 1767, was brought in Walachia by his uncle Zicho, ex Superior of Colţea Monastery, built by the Cantacuzins in 1780. Because of the chaos in of the administration and helped by his”employer”, the voivode Ion George Caragea, Ştefan Bellu became the owner of a huge fortune, after having ”bought” a lot of estates, many of them in the Muscel County. The register of the estates of the treasurer Ştefan Bellu, from 1817, reveals important moments of the history of our villages.
