Aspecte privind restaurarea unui chimir

  • Subiect: A belt made at the end of the 19th century, belonging to the collections of „ASTRA" Museum, Sibiu, Romania. It's made of ox leather and copper. Hempen thread and natural dyestuff was used too. The belt has a rectangular shape and ends in small straps. The investigations showed traces of physical, chemical and biological degradation.
