Imaginarul vieţii braşovene ilustrat în publicitatea Gazetei Transilvaniei (1872 – 1881)

  • Subiect: The image of Brasov world illustrated by the advertising of Transylvania Gazette (1872 – 1881) The period studied in this article – 1872 - 1881 –, cover 10 years of the existence of Transylvania Gazette. The last five years edited by Jacob Mureşianu were studied by Loredana Marinela Barna and the first five years edited by Aurel Mureşianu were studied by Ramona Popovici. Brasov world in the second half of the nineteenth century was a cosmopolitan world, which is constantly moving and connected to modern time. A world involved in city life, with a taste for culture and beauty, but also for luxury, with connections to both Western Europe and with its neighbor, Romania. All these informations were identified in the Transylvania Gazette advertising.
