  • Subiect: The Relationships of the Drăculescs and the Boyars in the 15th Century Beginning from the 15th century was considered to be boyar the person who owned estates and proved that through a document. A sort of mutual contract was signed by the voivode and the boyar; through this the boyar accepted that he owed to the lord the job, while the lord guaranteed the privileges and the immunity to the boyar. In order to involve the boyars in the supporting of the political affairs of centralization of the country, the voivode restrained the immunity of those boyars who were part of administrative and institutional system of the country and court. The internal politics of Vlad Ţepeş (1448; 1456-1462; 1476) was firm and for the enhancing of the authority and the eradication of the centrifuge tendencies of the boyars. Since the end of the 15th century, the most privileged boyars were those who were part of the public high office or at the court.
