The present work presents the results of the aerial topographic surveys of the archaeological sites, with conclusions regarding the landscape ofthe aforementioned period. The aerial photography of the Late Iron Age sites dates back to the early stages of Romanian-Hungarian collaboration of the Institute of Archaeological Sciences of the Ei:itvi:is Lorand University (Budapest), Mureș County Museum (1ărgu Mureș) and National Museum of Unification from Alba Iulia, which began in 2009. Between 2009 and 2014 more than 90 hours of flights have been performed in Transylvania.
