  • Subiect: „This study consists of two parts summarizes presents the historical development and urban development of one of the oldest thoroughfares in the city of Bucharest. This arose due to relations with other neighboring cities (including Moldova, Lviv and Hanseatic City) and continues to grow especially through the establishment at the end of it - outside the city - a „Fair Out”, formed due to trade fair and the need for disposal of commercial products, in rural case. The second part of the text is the presentation of eclectic architectural monuments that are left in disarray. Buildings plans published on this occasion can be used for a sensible restoration wich is required urgently.”
