Contribuţii cu privire la moara de apă din satul Drajna de Jos, judeţul Prahova

  • Subiect: This article is intended as a contribution to the research on the water mill in „Drajna de Jos" village, Prahova County, probably the only such appliance preserved along the entire Teleajen Valley. Our intention was to deliver a complex approach, touching on sociohistorical aspects, cultural landscape, folk technique, etc., elements which should be taken into account when discussing about conservation of a historic monument or delimitation of protection area of such a historic monument, architecture and folk techniques, as well. The information and photographic material offered us the opportunity to adjust all information on dating of that monument. Also, the interventionphases on that edifice could be established, interventions which did not modify the substance of the monument.
