Vase cu picior din perspectivă paleotehnologică şi experimentală

  • Subiect: Vessels with feet from a paleotechnological and experimental perspective The study proposes to illustrate the methods used at mounting some bowls with stands belonging to Vinća and Petreşti cultures. Approach was made from the perspective of identifying the nature of traces of manufacturing process evident in the break or structure of ceramic vessels, outcomes of observations being confirmed by paleotechnological experiments. Outcomes identified both usage of more mounting methods in the same type of vessel, as well attempts of prehistoric potters to oppose certain technological vices that may appear within the process of making ceramics.
