Constantin Tănase şi teatrul în vreme de război

  • Subiect: Constantin Tănase was a great actor of the Romanian music-hall theater. He was born in Vaslui. His parents, two commoners, wanted their son to go to school, but Constantin Tănase was not attracted to it. He liked plays the most. He was a teacher for a short time, but after joining the army he also enrolled an exam at the Conservatory. He took part in the front in the Second Balkan War and in the First World War. In 1919 he founded the ”Cărăbuş” Theater.
