  • Subiect: Giovanni Pinna dedicated all his life to the Civic Museum of Natural History of Milan. He was a curator, assistant director and general director. Pinna was very fond of practical and theoretical aspects of Museology, being the most authorized person to bring us the important problems of the existence of a museum. The main eleven chapters present not only a certain problem but also a permanent debate invitation. Every chapter develops or supplements the ideas of the previous chapter. This work is of great importance to all those who work in a museum, as well as laymen but interested to enter "behind the windows".
