Descoperiri arheologice din aşezarea dacilor liberi de la Săbăoani, judeţul Neamţ (Punctul La Izlaz Zoosab)

  • Subiect: „In the year 2018, to Săbăoani, very close to settling free Dacians from the point La Izlaz, has taken place an archaeological surveillance to the ZooSab Ferm, on the occasion of building an animal hall. During the works, the excavations have been discovered, in habitation levels, Dacian pottery attributed to the IVth – IIIrd centuries BC, IInd – IIIrd centuries AD, but also medieval pottery to the XVI – XVII centuries. Also important is the discovery of an Eneolithic ax. Archaeological research also allowed the identification of a dwelling deep, with Dacian handmade and wheelmade pottery, Roman fragmentary amphoras, two tokens and animal bones.Free Dacians dwelling indicates the western limit of the site from the point La Izlaz, reason we can name it the point La Izlaz-ZooSab.”
