  • Subiect: The European Museum Forum has been reformed after it's founder, Kenneth Hudson, has passed away, in 1999. The author explains the new structure of the organisation and describes the 2003 results of the European Museum of the Year Award scheme. The main distinction was awarded, în Copenhagen, to the Victoria and Albert Museum (for the new British Galleries), while special commendations and other awards were offered to museums from Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, the Netherlands, Switzerland and UK. Romania was represented by the National Art Museum of Romania, which was highly appreciated for its new European and national galleries.
