County Brasov has in the Liste of Historical Monuments 983 entries, twenty-two are in Fagaras, of these twenty-two are architectural monuments, two are graded memorial and funeral monuments. In terms of value in historical monuments Fagaras has four positions Category A - monuments of national interest and eighteen Category B - monuments of local interest. Monuments of Fagaras are most varied both as structure and as a typology: fortress, monastery (Franciscan), churches (Orthodox, Reformed, Evangelical, Roman Catholic), houses, schools, shared bathroom, urban ensembles, busts etc. From this diversity of immovable heritage from Fagaras, five historical monuments are defining: Fagaras Fortress,St. Nicholas Brancovean Orthodox Church, Reformed Church, St. Trinity Orthodox Church and Innocentiu Micu Klein House.
