The icon painted on glass in Transylvania is was also practiced in Făgăraş County. From this place a remarcable production is found in the icons on glass pertaining to Brothers Grecu, a family which learned from generation to generation this craftsmanship. In this article is submitted the restoration of an icon painted by one of the Brothers Grecu from Săsăuşi (village from Făgăraş County), a cultural property from the Făgăraş County Museum.
