The book has been translated by us. The entire book has 451 pages and almost 200 are abou.t the Romanian countries and Transylvania. The book is a travel book. It consists of 26 letters written by the author to a lady in England. Her name is Eliza. The first one was written in London on the 13th of February and the last one, on the 19th of July in Vienna, the goal of the journey. All letters are full with humorous remarks. But there are a lot of social, political and artistic opinions about the things places and people that he met in h:is long journey. The present article is meant to bring to light an interesting book printed in England in the XVIIIth century and its circulation in Transylvania in the same century.
