  • Subiect: A moment in the History of the romanian Orthodox Church in Braşov Chai The completion of church renovations between 1945-1946, culminated in the feast of sanctification of this at 15.09.1946. Besides the local authorities, at the religious ceremony also participated: IPSS Nicolae Bălan, Metropolitan of Ardeal, Father Arsenie Boca from Sâmbăta de Sus Monastery, Princess Ileana of Romania, Archduke Anton of Habsburg and a group of 26 priests headed by Father Voigean, the parish priest of the church. The discovery of a photo album at this event attests to the grandeur and importance of the moment for the History of the Orthodox Church in Braşov.
