  • Subiect: Employers of the Moldovan scientific research center of the URSS Academy of Science (sociocomparative study): salarization According to the Soviet concept of science management, the institutionalization and formation of a reliable research infrastructure was the basic premise of the evolution of scientific potential. In 1946 was created the Moldovan Scientific Research Center of the USSR Academy of Science. While the new Soviet entity was severely affected by the social scourge, the system loyalists were economically and financially protected, including the new academic structures.
