  • Subiect: Vulnerabilities and risks of NATO on its eastern flank Many scholars wrote a lot about NATO’s vulnerabilities and risks on its eastern flank, mostly in Baltic States and Suvalki Gap. Here we analyze both Russia and NATO vulnerabilities, and we construct an hypothetic scenario about how situation can evolve from crisis to open conflict in the near future. One of the secondary theatre will be south-eastern flank, Romanian territory, due to proximity of the Transdniestr enclave and vicinity with Crimean Peninsula.
