  • Subiect: Evangelical Church of Jelna is located in the village of Budacu de Jos, Bistriţa Năsăud County. The monument built in Late Gothic style is registered in the List of Historical Monuments being dated from the XV-th - XVI-th century. Unfortunately, nowadays the church is in an advanced stage of degradation. In recent decades, the monument was damaged more, the roof being destroyed; the nave vaults collapsed and part of its walls and the framework of the altar no longer protect the Gothic arches of the polygonal apse.
