Colecţia de artă plastică a Muzeului Judeţean de Istorie şi Artă Zalău II. Grafica

  • Subiect: The Fine Arts Collection of the Museum for History and Art in Zalău. II Graphic Art The graphic arts collection of the Museum for History and Art in Zalău (Sălaj County) was founded in 1965 when the museum received 22 works by various artists. Many of the artists were natives of Cluj-Napoca. Latter on the collection was increased by gifts, purchases and transferring of 140 works done by 64 artists from all over the country such as Adoc Gheorghe, Bălău Mircea, Chirnoagă Marcel, Bardocz Ludovic, Kazar Vasile, Gy. Szabó Béla and others. It is hoped that the collection will contribute to the aesthetical education among the visiting public.
