Scurt istoric al cercetărilor arheologice privind secolele VII-XI pe teritoriul judeţului Sălaj

  • Subiect: After many surface researches, we know in the territory of the Salaj County an important number of sites from the VII-th-XI-th centuries A. D. Even if we know many sites, just a few settlements were systematically researched: Settlements from the VII-th-IX-th centuries A. D. From this period, just in a few archaeological sites was made different tipes of diggings (sistematically and rescue excavations): 10 settlements and 2 cemeteries. Settlements from the X-XI-th centuries A. D. From this period, just in a few archaeological sites was made different tipes of diggings (sistematically and rescue excavations): 6 settlements, 2 cemeteries and 6 fortresses.
