Consideraţii privind amenajarea Lacului "Tăbăcărie" pentru navele marine regale

  • Subiect: „The authors give us information about the setting up of the Tabacarie lake for the ships of the Royal Navy (in the period between 1834 and 1936). Finished in 1936 by the officials in the Navy, the project became part of "The Tabacarie naval base" with the mention of keeping it in storage until the specialists' technical agreements came out. The possibility of building a military and a civil port on Taşaul Lake were also taken into consideration. The building of a military port near Constanţa was necessary in order to offer a safe shelter and a support for the actions of the war flotilla.”
