  • Subiect: The romanian reader don't know the diference between fairy tales and fantasy and is convinced that the fantasy is fairy tale. The general opinion is that the diference between the fairz tales and the fantasy is thet the fairz tales is in oral form and is destinated to the children, but we have fairy tales in literar form and the older fairy tales were intended for an audience of adults as well as children. In reality, the fairy tales has a liniar, simple structure, and the fantasy is more complex. We are convinced that fantasy novels descend not directly from fairy tales, but indirectly, from medieval romances. The romance narate the aventure of a knight, fighting not only mortal enemies, but mitological ones and wiyards. The chivalric romances define the chivalry ideal, and the main character is a hero.The fantasy use the ideea of hero and, by this, is a modern form of fairy tales.
