  • Subiect: The Rural Property in Romania; In The Villages of The Parish Cepari, Argeş County, from the Middle Ages to The Second World War Eve Looking at the Romanian Countries during the Middle Ages the evolution of the rural property from the peasant community of the middle ages and its disintegration when the feudal rulers put together the estates owned in a chaotic way by the villagers (the consequence being the fact that the peasants became serves) and thus 85% of the villages of Wallachia were accepted by the feudal rulers at the end of the 17th century. The main characteristics of the structure of the peasant communities is the mutual owning of an estate, while the arable land was worked as an individual plot of the families and could have been inherited by the respective families.
