Subiect: The study offers a series of archaeological considerations regarding the antler scepter discovered at Boarta-Cetăţuie (Sibiu County, Transylvania, Romania). The author considers that the archaeological discovery throws a new light on the moment of penetration in the northern part of the Danube area of this kind of artifacts. The study arguments that the Boarta scepter belongs to the Coţofeni culture, rather than Wietenberg culture.
