Subiect: The Sepcari Outskirts - A Short Monography
The author remakes the history of the Sepcari street in Bucharest, inhabited, during the Middle Ages, mainly by artisans and craftsmen, among whom, the hat makers: the street was named after them.
Although the street existed during the 15th century, its present aspect dates from the 19th century.
