  • Subiect: „The author gives a description of the measures taken during the first decade of Romanian administration in Constanţa after the war for independence, such as: the regulation regarding the intemal administration of the urban commune of Kiustendje: the city of Constanţa communal council, the Dobrudjan Constitution adopted on the 9th of March 1880. These measures adopted by the Romanian government, supported by the local authorities in Constanta, regardless of any accidents that may have occurred, marked a distinct stage in the vast process of Turkish Kiustendje transformation after the return of Dobrudja to the country.”
