  • Subiect: „The study of the IVth century A.D necropole at Pogoneşti-lveşti, in the place called "La Movilă", has begun in 1991 after the reporting of the presence of archaeological relics in 1990, which had features of Lhe Sântana de Mureş culture. Between 1 991-1995, the researches revealed fifteen lombs - fourteen of inhumation and one of incineration. In the fifleen tombs discovered and studied, Lhe inventory prooved lo be rather scanty. but still eloquent to Lhe chronological and cultural dating of the new site.”
