Descoperiri arheologice în perimetrul localităţii Valea Vinului

  • Subiect: This work presents two archeological discoveries situated in the neighborhood of Valea Vinului, where it came out vestiges of inhabitance from different ages. A. On the valley of river Lipăuţ it came out pottery from bronze age, (Suciu de Sus cu/ture), Gava cu/ture, Roman epoch. B. Near the river Someş, in the place named "Balastierd" (Ballast-pit) were found, during 1987-1988, pottery fragments made with hand and with the potter wheel. Some of them are belonging to Bronze age, but also to Roman epoch (III-rd- IV-th century A.D.). Both vestiges are important, because the area is less researched from archaeological point of view.
