  • Subiect: The present paper reveals the history of a house located on the Calea Victoriei St. in Bucharest, dating from before the year 1809, according to the documents and to the remaining cellars typical ofthe 18th century. A new establishment was built în the courtyard, during the 19th century - an educational establishment known under the name of the „Moteanu Institute", functioning untill 1947.
