Relaţii între cultura precucuteni şi aspectul cultural Stoicani-Aldeni reflectate în utilajul litic din aşezarea de la Tîrgu Frumos

Subiect: The author deals with the presence of balcanic flint in the Precucutenian settlement from Târgu Frumos – Baza Pătule. It is a macroscopic analysis of the possibly imported flint, from the southern Gumelniţa communities. The morphological approach of the balcanic flint from this Precucutenian settlement shows that the flint was imported as already made tools. The most striking hint is the lack of cores, decortication flakes or any other possible indication of knapping the flint into the settlement. The author believes that the trade with Stoicani-Aldeni communities is the way in which the flint got into Târgu Fumos settlement.
