  • Subiect: THE STATE OF THE ROMANIAN AGRICULTURE, EVOLUTIONS AND PERSPECTIVES The lack of some social economic coherent politics has led to a chain of asynchronies regarding the goals which Romania proposed on the adhesion to the European Community. These facts have made a more obvious difference between the Urban and the Rural in the last few years. The Urban was from the beginning the concern of the political class, being a preferable target of the social and economic reforms, this also happened in the condition of the higher risk of which the people from the towns represents in the process of dissolving the economic centralized model and also the one concerning the economic market, the village on the Rural had practically to be its own. The few settlements which to address were in most of the cases followed by a chain pervert effects that have lead to tension (the law no. 18/ '91) making the social and the economic reforms to be late. This is the principal accusation both to the politic class when the problem of developing the rural community has been taken into consideration. The Romanian rural / village is indeed much more undeveloped than the western one or even better than the one from the old Central Social Countries and the East European one. This thing doesn't necessary mean that we have to deal with a sort of rural that is stock-still in medieval anacronic shapes as it is seen by one of us. On the contrary, the Romanian rural is a very dynamic one, the apparent "re-treatment from the modern society" that is a pleasant subject of discussion for ones, represents only the first step in which the village is re-treatment in itself in order to re-answer the new challenge from the structural point of view.
