Toponimia din localităţile Gălăşeni şi Tămaşa (jud. Sălaj)

  • Subiect: The Toponymy in Gălăşeni and Tămaşa Villages (Sălaj dounty) The paper deals with the toponymical of the two villages, insisting upon the historical importance of the names of the spots dealt with. The examination of the toponymy has been done from the functional point of view and they have been semantically grouped; the names of the spots are classified in: toponymy describing the form and the exterior aspect of the spot; hydronium referring to vegetation toponymy proceeding from the name of persons; toponymy referring to the clearing of the land; toponymy referring to the ways of communication. The author analyzed the semantical structure and explains the origin of the examined toponymy. The presentation of- the toponymy is illustrated and completed by the glossary of the toponymy in the two villages.
