O autobiografie necunoscută până acum a lui Simion Balint (1848)

Subiect: AN AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF SIMION BALINT UNKNOW TILL NOW (1848) The autobiography of Simion Balint, which we here present, is much larger than all his personal records known till now. It is an extremely valuable memorial piece, written out by Simion Balint at the end of the year 1849. It covers the period March-December 10th 1848 and has a great importance in revealing some of the events unfolded in the Western Carpathians. It also complete the information about the Blaj assembly on April 18th 1848, and about the 3rd Blaj assembly on September 15th 1848. It is the first case in the literature of specialty, that an act of a prefect appointment has been preserved to our days. Here we have Simion Balint's appointment as a prefect of the Salt - mines, signed on December 10th 1848 by Simion Bărnuţiu and Aaron Florian, in the name of the Sibiu Pacification Committee.
