Making in it's pages a rea l independence war chron icle publishing in formations about romanians from both Carpathian's mountainsides national soli darity's manifestation, Iosif Vulcan's magazine is, in the same time, a precious historical source, which strenghthen us the belief in roman ian people's capaci ty to ral ly and to mob i lize inself in decisi ve m oments. This patriotic work will have positive consequences for the period which followed. Independence t romanian state's existence gave a powerfu l impulse to romanians fight from provinces founded under foreign domination.”
