Conciliul Lyon II - 1274, implicaţii în Europa Central-Orientală

Subiect: The Concilium Lyon II -1274. Implications in Central-Eastern Europe The Concilium Lyon li since 1274 known as the last large assembly in XIIIth century and. in same time, the last in the theocrat age, had important consequences for the Central/Eastern Europe to the level of the ecclesiastical, political and military history. lt was an attempt to give a new kind or religiosity to the Catholic Church and, more important, an attempt of union of the Eastern Church. this last one receiving a pregnant political statute. ln fact, the distance between Western and Eastern civilization was deepened. This Concilium is the permanent grave of the medieval crusade ideea.
