  • Subiect: In 1979 at the Dacian oppidan settlement from Tăşad was found an iron piece similar with a tent nail used in the Roman army. The significance of this type of piece depends upon the interpretation of these iron artefacts in the empire: a piece used in the military expeditions, or one for universal use. In the Dacia province, the main type represented of tent nails in the Trajanic context from both Dacian and Roman capital Sarmizegetusa are that in “P ” letter shape.
