Secession la Satu Mare. Clădirea hotelului "Dacia"

  • Subiect: The present work’s aim is to present the most spectacular building from the city of Satu Mare, the Dacia Hotel, built in 1901 according to the plans of the architects Balint Zoltan and Frommer Lajos. The hotel was conceived in the manner of Art Nouveau, the floral variant inspired from folk tradition. The value of the building is emphasized by the presence of enamelled ceramics, manufactured in the famous Zsolnay factory.
