Palatul regal din Calea Victoriei

  • Subiect: The Romanian Royal Palace in the Calea Victoriei St. has a privileged place among the residences of the Romanian family. The palace was build starting with 1885, according to the plans of the architect Paul Gottereau. The new palace was worthy of a royal residence. The palace was inaugurated on January 1935, in the times of King Ferdinand and Queen Mary. The palace maintained its original aspect till the night of 7/8 of September 1926, when a fire destroyed the whole central part of the building.
