Dobrogea între anii 1877-1886 în opiniile unui diplomat francez

  • Subiect: „The article presents Dobrudja regi.on between 1877-1886, in the view of the French vice-consul in Constanta, U. Chousserie. The infonnation presented in the report was sent by the diplomat on March the 16th 1886 to the French Foreign Affairs Ministry. The report includes a general description of Dobrudja from geographical, administrative, economical development, teaching system as well as inhabitants' point of view. At the end of the article the author shows the fact that U. Chousserie's report brings into light realitiy facts less presented by the documents known until now.”
