Grădina Kossuth (Romei): înfiinţare şi istoric

  • Subiect: The study analyses the conditions surrounding the establishment of the Kossuth Garden, largely one of the first public parks in Satu Mare. Following the project for its establishment from the year 1896, and the union of three plots in 1898, among them with the newly wooded area known as the City Garden, it was meant to be a public park based on plans drawn up by Johann Hein, the founder of the first Hungarian garden planning office. The Kossuth Garden combined features of the landscape garden, with its generous wooded spaces, the grass area, and the lake, linking the separate areas by twisting pathways, with elements of the geometric garden.
