Subiect: Summary: The publishing of the correspondence with other historians is
continued as well did in the previous number of the Zargidava journal
(Historical Letter, I-III, in vols. XI-XII, 2011-2013).
There are published letters coming from two well-known researchers of
the past as well as some of the answers to these letters. It is about professor
Nicolae Gostar – an archaeologist, epigraphist and historian of Antiquity – and
professor Alexandru Andronic – an archaeologist and historian of Middle Ages.
The respective letters reveal some difficulties of the archaeological researches
in the last half of the 20th c., especially regarding the publishing their results.
