Analiza chimică şi analiza de fază a ceramicii gumelniţene din punctul "Ostrov" - Brăneşti. Jud. Ilfov

  • Subiect: Chemical and Phase Analysis of the Gumelnitza Ceramics Discovered at Ostrov, Branesti Village, Ilfov District The present paper studies the chemical composition of the paste types of which the ceramic items discovered at Ostrov-Branesti were made of. The study was completed by chemical analysis and a phase analysis. The phase analysis of the three types of paste - black grey and red, and also that of a sample of loess, were made by diffraction with X rays, microscopy and thermo-differential analysis. lt was observed that the studied ceramics had loess as a row material, and that the paste also contains charcoal, in variable quantity for the black and the grey ceramics.
