Procedee şi unelte tradiţionale de pescuit pe cursul Sălăjan al Someşului II

  • Subiect: Traditional Fishing Procedures and Fishing Implements on the Sălaj Flow of the Someş River The paper brings to an end the research made on fishing implements and procedures 011 the Sălaj flow of the Someş river (see Acta MP, 7, 1973, p. 696-705). The first part of the paper (sec supra) deals with traditional fishing implements of the net type: crîsnic, comiher, umbreje, tradie, tiortiuz, prostovol. The second part deals with another series of fishing procedures: with the hand. with metal implements (angling rod, hooks, fishing fork) and basket work (coşul sau vîrşa). The author describes how these implements are made and used. The final part of the paper, deals with the description of some other implements connected with the fishing: baskets for keeping alive the captured fish, the different types of boats used in the past and present time.
