Through his singular military knowledge, initiative and sacrifice spirit, the Romanian general contributing to the reorganization of the genius troops through appropriate material equipment, adaptation to the new principles of the positions war teoretico-practically, projection of some defensive systems in Muntenia, Dobrogea and Moldova, unique collaboration with the genius officers from de the french military mission. The remarkable activity represented a stone laid at the foundation of the national structure created in 1918.
