Structura puterii revoluţionare româneşti din Transilvania în toamna anului 1918

  • Subiect: The bodies of the Romanian revolutionary power from Transylvania in the fall of 1918 The Central National Romanian Council, founded on 31st of October 1918, from an equal number of members from National Romanian Party and Social Democratic Party took the administrative and military power in Transylvania, Crişana, Maramureş and Banat, prepared the document of the Great Union from Alba Iulia. The Central National Romanian Council, with the headquarter in Arad, was practically the supreme body of the Romanian National Revolution, representing a true state authority, vested with full power to organize and manage the activity of National Liberation. As supreme political forum and governmental body, the Central National Romanian Council was organized at central level in 12 sections: Presidential, Juridica!, Cultural, Health, Economical, Commercial and Industrial, Financial, Communication, Internal Affairs, External Affairs, Press Bureau and Central Chancellery. As local bodies there were: the County Councils and the Village Councils. To solve the complex problems the local councils were obliged to have their representatives, elected from the intellectuals and officers that activated in the sections of the Central National Romanian Council in Arad.
