Remanenţe ale discursului naţionalist de tip comunist în istoriografia românească postdecembristă (1990-2005)

  • Subiect: The Persistence of the National Speech of the Communist Regime in the Romanian Post Communist Historiography (1990-2005) This project aims to provide an analysis of the elements of the national speech typical of the communist era (the dominant speech), which managed to resist the alternatives gained along with democracy, which are the concepts and the clichés that still can be heard today and, above all, what part of society sheltered the best these elements. Had the protochronist paradigm repercussions on our ways of thinking that come to light in controversies related to nationalism, myth or patriotism? In the transition period it had been very difficult for people to understand the necessity of renouncing the official history because this sentimental story, full of grandiose deeds, injustices, thefts and mutilation of the territorial integrity seemed to accurately reflect the ambitions of a society which wanted to impose its national consciousness on its members.
