Mapping the roman road Căşeiu - Ilişua - Orheiul Bistriţe

Subiect: The northern frontier of Roman Dacia still presents issues and usolved aspects. Establishing the route of the frontier road in the northern part of Dacia is not an easy task, mainly because of lack of archaeological data regarding this road. But mapping the archaeological sites along the northern frontier, between the current settlements Căşeiu-Ilişua-Orheiu Bistriţei can offer a better understanding of the distribution of these settlements in relation with the road.
