Influenţa îngrăşămintelor cu azot şi potasiu (în diferite doze şi raporturi) asupra unor procese fiziologice din rădăcina şi frunzele de porumb

  • Subiect: THE INFLUENCE OF THE NITROGEN AND POTASSIUM FERTILIZERS UPON THE CORN ROOTS ANO LEAVES I. The content of protein nitrogen and protein In the experiments carried out in the green house, with maize plants, grown in nutritive solutions, and on sand, we established the dose and best relationships between N and K. They must assure a maximum accumulation of protein N and the proteins in the roots, leaves and seeds of the respective plants. The lack of N specially, as well as the lack in K negatively influences the accumulation of protein substances in the respective bodies. The highest content of protein N and protein was noticed in the variants with increased doses of N and K (in the relationship NJK2, N3K1, N3K3). In seeds the highest contents in proteins was found in the variant N1K3 + 2N, that is at a fertilisation with K in excess in the first growth phases and a fractioned fertilisation with N, administered when the plants had already developed a strong foliar apparatus. In the late phases the positive influence of the high doses of K is felt only on il rich background of N.
