  • Subiect: The Golescu's and the Constitutional Regulations The author presents the Golescu brothers' (Gheorghe - Iordache -- and Constantin - Dinicu - Golescu) contribution to the preparation and drawing out of the Constituţional Regulation. Gheorghe Golescu is the author of the speech made in Pavel Kisselev's name on March 10 th, 1831, at the National Assembly of revision. Gheorghe Golescu's active role in the debates is particularly pointed aut. Gheorghe and Constantin Golescu's sons vehemently fought against the Constitutional Regulations, both during the 1848 Revolution and alsa during their 9 years' exile.
